2023: Nigerian Professionals Declares Support For Tinubu-Shettima


2023 Presidential Election, professionals from all across fields in the country under the aegis of Nigeria Professionals Forum, (NPF) have declared their support for the presidential candidate of APC, Bola Tinubu, and his running mate, Sen. Kashim Shettima, saying Nigeria needs tested hands to pilot its affairs at this critical time like this.

According to the professionals who operate under the aegis of the Nigeria Professionals Forum, (NPF) it is no more time to sit on the fence and allow those who have no business with governance to take over the affairs of Nigeria, noting that their desire to support Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Shettima follows extensive consultation with various stakeholders across the country on their political alignment as 2023 approaches.

At a visit to the National Director General of APC Professionals Council in Lagos on Monday, the leader of the delegation and the national president of NPF, Engr. Richard Okon said several milestones are associated with Asiwaju both as a political leader, mentor, administrator, and nationalist which makes him a perfect fit to lead the country in 2023.

“If you look across the country today, there are only a few people who can match Asiwaju’s pedigree in terms of administrative prowess and leadership dexterity.

“This is a man who laid the foundation for the new modern Lagos we are proud to associate with today, the Lagos that has created wealth for Nigeria and its neighbors.

“This man boasts of enviable an record in raising a fine crop of leaders who today are contributing their quota in building a new Nigeria.

“This is a man while he was a governor assembled members of his cabinet from all ethnic groups and religious alignments in Nigeria without discrimination. That is the kind of a man that should lead Nigeria in 2023 and 17 million professionals across Nigeria are in support of him” he said.

Receiving the delegates, the National Director General of APC Professionals Council, Hon. Seyi Bamigbade expressed gratitude to the over 17 million professionals from across all sectors of the country: engineers, bankers, sailors, journalists, artisans, ICT specialists, medical workers, educationists, and more for identifying with the Asiwaju brand, assuring that they will not regret their support.

He expressed the readiness of the council under his visionary leadership to continue to raise the bar of effective leadership by mobilizing more support for the candidates that will work for all Nigerians.

He assured that everyone will be carried along under the Bola Tinubu Presidency.

Hon. Bamigbade hinted that a mega rally will hold in the six geopolitical zones of the country in October to show the readiness of the APC to retain leadership in 2023 at the national level and beyond.
